Throughout the duration of our Project Management class, the significant progress of our trainees became evident. The class embarked on an engaging journey into project management, diving into waterfall and agile methodologies while actively participating in projects. They quickly explored and mastered collaboration tools such as Trello and tracking systems like Gantt charts. Many trainees began with limited knowledge of these tools, yet their adaptability and resilience allowed them to become proficient swiftly.
The atmosphere during group discussions buzzed with enthusiasm, as each trainee contributed their unique skills and strengths, creating an inclusive and effective learning environment.
