The Acing Fourteen have now become integral to our transformative project delivery as we strive to unleash their full potential in their career development journey. Through one-on-one mentorship, peer learning, and real-world application, they are not only honing their soft skills but also expanding their horizons and building strong professional relationships.
Last week, the cohort explored the art of Effective Prioritisation, working in teams to tackle engaging case studies that highlighted the importance of this essential soft skill. They presented their Prioritisation projects, showcasing their growth in vital soft skills. Although some were initially unaware of the significance of soft skills when they joined Acereal in August, they have since dedicated themselves to mastering these skills, applying and embodying key concepts in both their personal and professional lives.
