Today we kicked off the Professional Skills Accelerator Programme with an inspiring orientation for our newest cohort.
We were honoured to welcome our special guest, Murray, former President of the Law Society of Scotland, who shared invaluable career insights and practical advice on overcoming challenges, building strong professional skills, and positioning for long-term success.
Trainees also explored the programme structure, key learning objectives, and hands-on projects designed to give real-world experience. The focus: clarity in career goals, skill development, and professional communication – essential tools for success.
