This cohort is enrolled in a structured professional development programme designed to build both technical foundation skills and the professional behaviours required to succeed in today’s job market.
What They Will Be Learning
Participants in this cohort will be trained in two critical areas:
1. Soft Skills for the Workplace
Our trainees will develop essential professional skills such as:
- Communication
- Teamwork
- Confidence
- Initiative
- Professional conduct
- Reliability and accountability
These skills are the backbone of career success and are expected in every professional role.
2. Foundation-Level Professional Training
Alongside soft skills, the cohort will receive foundational training in three high-demand career paths:
- Business Analysis – understanding business needs and requirements
- Project Management – planning, coordinating, and delivering projects
- Product Development – turning ideas into real products and solutions
This foundation gives learners a strong understanding of how organisations operate, how projects are delivered, and how products are built.
