The Challenge
Six months ago, 7 ambitious youths joined our accelerator programme, each bringing a spark of a business idea and a strong determination to make a difference. While their passion and creativity were undeniable, they faced a common hurdle, turning vision into viable ventures. They needed guidance to refine their ideas, develop strong business models, and secure the funding necessary to bring their dreams to life.
Our Approach
We designed a comprehensive Entrepreneurship Mentorship & Training Programme that combined skills-building, personalised mentorship, and direct engagement with real-world funders:
- Tailored Entrepreneurial Training – covering business modeling, market research, customer validation, and financial planning.
- One-on-One Mentorship – aligning personal strengths with business opportunities through guided sessions.
- Pitch Readiness Workshops – preparing mentees to confidently present their ideas to potential funders.
- Business Plan Development – crafting compelling and fundable business proposals.
- Funder Matchmaking – connecting mentees with private funders passionate about their industry.
- Due Diligence Support – assisting with proposal reviews, legal guidance, and contract finalisation
Through these steps, we ensured that each mentee was not only funder-ready but also market-ready.
The Outcome
The results speak for themselves:
- 5 out of 7 mentees secured funding from private individuals following our organised pitch sessions.
- Each funded idea addresses a real societal challenge – from creating tech platforms for rural farmers and launching sustainable recycling initiatives to developing household power-saving mechanisms and building apps that enhance public safety and emergency response.
- All mentees completed the programme with enhanced business acumen, refined strategies, and the confidence to lead their ventures toward meaningful impact.
